Berg Family Goes To Disneyland! Upon hearing of home make-over team member Paul Berg's advanced stage of cancer, Heart 2 Home team members quickly pooled their own personal funds and joined with Wyndham Worldwide Resorts and Briana Walker to gift the Berg Family an unforgetable 6-day vacation to sunny California and Disneyland!
